How can I maximize the burn time of my candles?

To ensure an even burn, always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting and allow the wax pool to reach the edges of the jar during each use.

Our candles are made using lead-free wicks and high-quality ingredients that meet safety standards; however, we always recommend burning them in well-ventilated areas away from pets.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your glass jars arrive broken, please take a photo of the damage and contact our customer support team within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
