At Goose Creek Candle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure the Fragrance

  Carefully pack the unused candles in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from breakage during the transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the items back to our processing center located in Liberty, Kentucky.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
